Larry Hi~~~so glad that the surgery when well. Your on the Loosing Side Now!! Your recovery seems to get better day by day! In 9 days-no more tubes and SOLID FOOD! Good Luck!!

Lawrence - What great news to hear how well you are doing! I know it must be a tremendous relief to be past the worst hurdle. Now you can concentrate on following all of your surgeon’s directions! Eight days post op and guess what??? I DROVE TODAY!!!! For the first time in ten days, I am writing to you on my own computer instead of my parents' computer. My recovery is going so much better than expected. The middle part of my incision has parts that are already healed. AMAZING!!! I get my Upper GI and tube removed on August 8th. Only 11 more days of pureed foods (YUK!!!!) They are going down better but still not desireable. Oh well, it will be over with soon. I want to thank Diane and Lisa for being sweethearts and emailing me. Please keep the emails coming. If anyone has heard from my friend Marilyn, please let me know. Take care all of you wonderful people who emailed me or wrote comments to my surgery page. Hugs to you all and God Bless.
