CONGRATS FROM ONE SOONER TO ANOTHER!!!! I WISH YOU ALL THE VERY BEST. I AM A DISPLACES OKIE!! I WAS BORN AND RAISED IN WOODWARD BUT MOVED TO CALIF A LOOOOONG TIME AGO. MY WIFE AND I BOTH HAD WLS IN 2001 AND HAVE LOST A COMBINED TOTAL OF 285 LBS. YOU CAN DO IT TOO!!!!!!!

Hello Everyone: Just wanted to post some very good news I received today. My DH called me at work about 3:30 p.m. today and told me that Mary Jo, the PacifiCare Rep in California who I have been in constant touch with lately, just called to say OPM had overturned the 2 PacifiCare denials. They found in my favor and I AM APPROVED! Did you hear me? I AM APPROVED!!! I thought my day was never coming but Praise the Lord, it has finally happened. I just thank God for making this possible for me and I will never forget to give Him all the praise and glory for this great gift. I have no fear or nervousness, only great joy. I immediately called Dr. Mitchell's office and made an appointment for consult with him. I'm scheduled for May 15 and just can't wait. Thanks to all of you who prayed for me and encouraged me. Jan, Thanks for the nice words. I hope that the insurance company finds out soon that is on a hope and a prayer that our lives donot end too soon. I pray that you donot give up and keep up the fight and desire to accomplish your goal.
