Hello everyone! I just wanted to stop by one more time before my surgery on Tuesday. Patricia Lewis will serve as my angel and keep everyone posted on my progress. Thanks again Patti! All of those who contirute to this site have been a true blessing to me. I only hope that I may do the same for others. Praying for everone here on this site to be blessed with the knowledge of what God has in store for them. May we all be strong enough in our decisions whether we have this surgery or not. Bless all of those who are still in research, those waiting on approvals, and those,like me, who are just waiting for the surgery date to arrive. May God be with us and speed us to our destiny of happiness and better health so that we may live life as intended! I hope to post soon about my how my surgery went, until them be looking for post from my angel. God Bless ALL!

Hey Christi, Thanks for the kind words. I hope all goes well with your surgery also. I will be thinking of you and praying for you that day. We do seem to have much in common:) Especially having that wonderfully superb first name;)LOL Anyway, good luck and I hope you have a speedy recovery.

Hi Christi, Good luck with your surgery! I am having surgery with Dr. Wongsa the same day you are having your pre-op testing,March 22! You are welcome to come by if you want too. I don't know how I will be feeling but I am sure I will be up to visitors. My surgery is at 7:30 am. Well I wish you the best of luck and will keep you in my prayers!!! Candace

Christi I just wanted to tell you good luck. I know God will be with you every second of the way. I am having the surgery on the 29th. I guess you will be going home when I am just getting there. GOOD LUCK!!

Hi to all!! Just thought I'd report to everyone that I got approved yesterday for LAP RNY. I have been praying so much lately about getting approved only if it is God's will and now that I have my answer I am so excited, yet nervous and can't help but think about the "what ifs" (just as others have mentioned.) I have two beautiful boys who are still babies (almost 1 & almost 3)and need their mommy, not to mention my wonderful husband who is very supportive of my decision. I have vowed to put all my faith in God for whatever the outcome may be, but any extra prayers for for me to keep this experiance positive would be greatly appreciated.God bless all of those who are waiting on approvals and congratulations to all the newly approved. May God be with us ALL through this major event in our lives and protect us Always!
