Hi, Liza. May the Lord give you a safe and speedy recovery. What a difference your tt is going to make. Mine went great-was home by noon that day and eating Chinese food!!:) But seriously, not only did it help in my appearance, but most importantly, my lower back pains are gone! Take it easy for the first few weeks. In no time, you will be back to your normal self, admiring your new, flat, tight tummy. I wish you all that joy!! God Bless, Diana Mora

Liza, Good luck with your TT and hernia repair. I'm sure everything will go smoothly. You'll be walking around like Quasimodo for a while but it will be worth it when the healing is done. I can't wait to see the after pics! A WLS friend,

Hi Liza!! You are on your way!! I know this is a scary and exciting time for you. You are going to do just fine!!! Just think, You are starting a journey that only a few travel. You should be very proud of yourself. I am proud of you!!!! Think of some of the new things you will be able to do like take a long bike ride, get on a amusement park ride and not worry if you will fit in the seat, cross your legs and the best of all have the energy to do these things!!! Everything will be just fine and know you have a wonderful group of people here to help you meet your needs. The best of luck on your surgery with a speedy and healthy recovery!! Lisa, go to your Dr. the patch is covered by MOST insurance co's now. Nicoderm CQ, I've been a smoker for 31 yrs and I am now smoke free, as of a week, it works, it really works! Or OTC about 30 bucks :) ~~prayers~~

LIZA~~ I can't really help you on the quitting smoking thing, cause I've never smoked.... but, know that if you ever need support or encouragement, we'll all be here for you in any way we can.
