Just wanted to let everyone know that Sarah is in the hospital in Cincinnati with cellulitus again. She is on IV antibiotics and should be released Thursday or Friday. Keep her in your thoughts and prayers. Patty.

Sarah, Just thinking of you today and I hope you are doing well. I know you get upset that your weight comes off slow but take it from an outsider, your progress from the beginning is outstanding!! I hope to lose as much as you have! We both have a long road ahead of us and it is easy to feel the lengthiness of our journey. Good days or bad days, we are smaller than before! Cheryl

WOW! I'm a slow loser like you. I thought I was the only one who was only losing 10 lbs a month. I lost 10 ibs prior to surgery in 2 weeks. thats 5 lbs per week. And now after surgery I do a whopping 2 lbs a week on the average. Figure that one out. I got some advise from the vita lady to help me along. I'm going to give it a few weeks and see if it helps me out. I know how you feel. You being 6 months out I now know I can look forward to an average to 10 per month. So your post has helped a person today. Thank you. I thought I was the only one out there with the real slow loss. But it is coming off. Thanks again. :)

6 month update on my profile...<p>I don’t see the weight lose as much as other people do, but in truth I never saw the weight gain as much as other people did.

Sarah, I read your bio and like to thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. I was particularly interested in the fact that you don’t feel full after eating. There is this gentleman in this site that posted on my site his name is Justin Glynn. You should read his journal as he said something interesting about not feeling full. He was talking about having problems with his stoma though I must tell you this information is vital to anyone who is going through the process. You should read it or anyone should read it since I feel no one should feel like failures if they are not losing weight anymore. All I can say Sarah is that I will pray for you and no matter what keep the faith. Everything is a lesson in life and I hope that this lesson comes out with a good outcome for you, ok. May God be with you and best wishes and prayers going out to you to get through any barriers you get in your WLS journey. Sarah, I am an Angel to a criminal??? LOL!!!! Glad to hear you are getting smaller, but not that your hernia is getting bigger. You will lose your boobs! I promise!!! I keep telling my hubby that he will have to buy me new ones down the road. Have a great weekend!!! HUgs!
