looking for recommendations on chewable vitamins. I take regular needs daiLynn and chewable vitamins when I actually take them. I'm pretty sure after surgery I will not tolerate vitamins in pill form.

counting down until my surgery. 3wks and 3 days until I start the pre op diet and 5wks 3 days till surgery. I'm excited at this point but can feel my anxiety level creeping up.

Does anyone know of any companies that give out free samples of their protein mixes?

I know this is an odd question, but with 6wks till surgery the strangest questions pop into my head randomly. What did you do about clothing as you lost? Seems like it would be expensive to keep up with.

has anyone tried to ease into the pre op diet ahead of the 2wks prior to surgery?. I'm trying to do only protein shake and liquids for breakfast trying to get myself mentally capable of tackling that phase. Am I crazy?

I am having a lot of anxiety and a very short fuse and I've not even gotten my date yet. I'm worried it's gonna get worse and was hoping some of you would have some good ideas/pointers to help me chill out some.
