Scott, Congrats on being POTW. You really do inspire me. I have to tell you that you are my mentor. I would not be running had it not have been for your encouragement. You are an inspiration to me. When I am out there and am struggling you are there for me. This carries over into my everyday life. You showed me that I could do something and puch myself. So, when the going gets tough I really do get going and can go for the long haul. You, do not know that when I ran the practice marathon in Griffith Park what it meant for me to have you there to run in with me. I was pretty much up against the wall and pushing past it. You walked out to where I was about 1/2 mile out and took me in. You do not know how that actually got me there. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for showing me how to pull that strength out and go the extra steps. I am proud to call you my friend and mentor and congrats to you for being POTW. Scott, congrats on being named POTW. You are always so supportive of everyone, and such an inspiration.....inspiring us to step out of our box and challenge ourselves to do something we may have never thought was possible....such as a marathon! Enjoy your special week!
