Hi Cathy, I'd say don't be nervous but, heck, I was. Of course it was all for nothing because my surgery went fine. For me, the week before surgery was worse than the week after just because of those pesky nerves. Right after surgery I had more soreness than pain; nothing that can't be managed. Remember to keep it positive. That includes only positive people. The negative ones will just sap you of your well deserved confidence. I hope all your health and weight-loss dreams come true,
