We meet on the second Monday of each month and the forth Saturday of each month.  We have members from all over S/E Houston.

This weight loss support group is run by Sandy R. Wyers, MS, RD. She is the Dietitian Nutritionist for Surgery Specialty Hospitals of America and welcomes all post-bariatric surgery patients to come participate in their on-line and in-person monthly support group!

It is my hope to help others use their WLS tool to achieve their goals of weight loss, maintenance and good health, with a stress on the importance of logging both food intake and exercise.  That's why we'll be the "loggers".

We are strong, dedicated and determined to loose the weight and live our lives to the fullest.
