Lately I've been slacking in the exercise department, so I need to get back on track!
This is the only way to healthier me, in addition to the surgery and new way of eating.
Exercise is my challenge after WLS.
5-6 days a week of walking, stretching and light hand weights/bands.
weights and cardio, constant and consistent
I want to get to 160 lbs and I know that the only way to do this is to exercise more.
I finally started walking 5 days a week for an hour each time.
I excercise 4 times a week...
When I see my new PCP I would like to HONESTLY tell her I have been doing this.
yoga at least once a week and some light cardio 3-5 times per week and the trainer twice a week!
I want to start out @ 7 days/wk until I know I won't quit...then @ least 5 days/wk workouts.
This should be do-able--- I have a hyper dog!!! And a gym close by!!
