Continue with low carb, high protein diet. Drink lots of water. Take my vitamins. Try and exercise 3 to 5 days a week, and strive for 10,000 steps a day.
To keep motivated I will keep my focus on becoming healthy - not thin.
By following my pre and post op plans; journaling in MFP, and starting a exercise routine.
Soo close to getting to a normal BMI.. I will keep working hard for it <3
