I am getting tired of having clothes in the closet that I can't fit or that I don't think I look good in. I want to first, be able to fit these clothes and second, b confident in the skin that I am in
once I loose some weight I cam feel better and move more my joints are not good and the weight makes it worse and difficult to be as active as my mind wants to be
using social media and alerts to keep me on task ONE DAY AT A TIME
