Paying attention to the food I eat Working out
Work out at the gym 3x weekly, keep on my doctor authorized diet, keep going to therapy weekly, and love myself no matter what.
Follow my original plan.
I already eat 1250 calories and exercise in my pool most days, I will continue to eat well, but am hoping the surgical intervention will help jumpstart my system....I want to be non diabetic and stop taking 27 meds a day!
Wlak everyday and get at least 10,000 steps a day. Eat healthy.
Exercise at the health club 3 times a week and do water aerobics at the pool at least twice a week.
By reminding myself daily, there is no turning back. Learn new activities that are fun. Spend time walking with friends.

Will start walking 3-4 times a week. Eat more protein Stay away from bad foods Eat more veg/fruit
Looking in the mirror and when I loose motivation CALL MY GRAND DAUGHTERS!!!!!
I not only want to do this, I need yo do this! :)
