Exercise learn to eat healthily be happy
Not sure how I'm going to keep motivated, I'm hoping this site will give me ideas.
I started at 180. Stayed at 125 for 2 years. Gained only 4 pounds. Stay between 125-130!
lbs till i reach my goal vary scared to try to mantian
So far I have changed my eating habits and I have lost 51 lbs in a yr. Now I am changing more habits
Hopefully the schedule will go as planned from May 10 orientation to reaching my goal weight of 140.

I'm scheduled for surgery 5/29/2008, so that's a start :)
I had my RNY 6 months ago. Have already lost 100 pounds; have 73 pounds to goal.
I want to do this now
