Set a surgery date.
I will ask PCP for a letter in early January. I have BCBS-IL so I know it's going to be a project.
I'm waiting on my psych consult and my surgery consult, then hopefully they will send to insurance..
I finally did it! I had my surgery on July 23rd!!! Yay!
primary insurance wont cover it but i am trying secondary ive done everything.Fingers are Crossed!
