Keep on track with my protein, water and vitamins. Exercise when cleared to and keep walking until then.

This is a very realistic goal as I only went over 250 lbs during the Holidays
This is a pre-op goal of being under 250 pounds by my next doctors visit on January 7th.
SW 281, 31 lbs to go. If pre-op weight loss is 20 then I should hit this goal before post-op ckup.
