Gwen,

I've never seen a tuna salad bowl at Wawa. How do you order it?

B 6 beef meatballs & cinnamon apple tea w/half & half

S Lite & Fit Greek Yogurt

L 5 deli turkey slices & coffee with sugar-free creamer

S Premier Protein shake and string cheese

D Chicken tender and brussel sprouts (and 2 mini Tootsie Rolls)

V & Calcium yes

Water getting there

E going walking with crazy dog

I think I am messing up my calories daily with the half/half for my coffee/tea; I probably need to cut down to 1 serving of that a day. Today the Tootsie Rolls didn't help either :(
