I realize how self-indulgent I am to post a photo of this. It's just wrong, and the photo doesn't do it justice. We ate at one of my favorite BBQ places in the world on Saturday and I thought "hell, I'll just have a little bite." And I did. Then they gave us to-go containers and I finished it off at 3:00 am.
Bad bad bad bad bad behavior. First taste of any type of pasta since before my preop diet. I'm probably a complete and utter failure now since taking a moderation approach, but **** it. It got the craving out of my system and I can let it go. I didn't eat any double cheeseburgers and fries on Sunday so I guess it's possible to move forward and not flagellate myself. Was it worth it? Uh huh
