L:  salad with 2 oz ham, lite dressing, 1/2 cup butternut squash roasted

D:  leftovers - chinese chicken

S:  no sugar added fudgsicle

E:  good long walk with lots of hills (72 minutes)

W:  working on it

L 1/2 a Smart Ones meat and veggies thing. Only had half because it grossed me out

S probably none

D not sure - found out I work my 2nd job tonight and didn't plan a head with food. May stop somewhere for a salad or something with chicken. Hate fast food but time is limited between jobs.

 

Water: on track!

So excited for your 1/2 accomplishments!  Congrats!

1 - salmon and cottage cheese

2 - grapefruit

3 - grapefruit and english muffin w/ 2% cheese

4 - salmon and greek yogurt with protein powder

My in-laws came in from FL and, at my request, brought a bushel of the first of the season citrus!!  OMG, the grapefruit, which I portioned out 1 for a 24 hour period, is fabulous (and extremely filling).  I'll be canning most of it for enjoyment throughout the year.
