Good morning...at 5am I got in 3.87 miles doing intervals.  According to the app I'm at a 15:07 min mile = EXCITED!!

B:  Protein Shake
S:  Cottage Cheese w/pear
L:  White Chicken Chili
S:  Egg Salad w/tortilla wrap
D:  Popeyes Leg/Thigh

Water:  7/12
Vitamins:  Check
Exercise:  Check

I am feeling ****ty lately - really tired. I am getting bloodwork done in the next week or so, lets hoe nothing negative is wrong. Booo

L coldcut wrap with a little coleslaw, 2 spinach balls I made

S maybe greek yogurt once I get to my night job (yay for a 14 hour day)

D cold cut wrap with coleslaw again

S not sure maybe 1/2 protein bar

W trying but slacking

Wow.  A 5AM workout!  You are really working that body!  Good for you!

Breakfast - crustless spinach and ham quiche - all gone

lunch - crack slaw -yum - also all gone  

lunch2 - stuffed peppers - also all gone - I guess today is about finishing off leftovers!

dinner - pulled pork - yum.  or crock pot chicken and bacon - its going to be a hard choice! hehehe

vitamins - on track

water - good

exercise - recumbent bike - done already but not at 5AM (smile)
