I've been cooking up a storm today.  BBQ pulled pork, harvest chicken salad,  a crock pot chicken and bacon dish, and more of my old standard meatballs for the freezer.  But today I'm finishing up some left-overs and the goodies will wait for tomorrow.

Breakfast - crustless spinach and ham quiche

lunch - crock pot thai chicken thighs

lunch2 - crack slaw - yum

dinner - harvest chicken salad

vitamins - on track

water - behind - I'll go make a cup of tea now

Exercise - not yet, but off the to recumbent bike soon.
