Whatcha eating today VSGers...Friday??
My weight was up a couple pounds this week, so I'm cutting back to 3 meals a day until it comes back down. Maintenance isn't easy for me!
Breakfast - crock pot thai chicken - yum and roasted cauliflower
Lunch - crustless spinach and ham quiche
dinner - stuffed green peppers
vitamins - on track
water - I could use a little more.
exercise - recumbent bike. I started reading while exercising rather than watching TV, and I find I can exercise longer before the boredom gets to me.
