Happy Monday -- wow this morning was a tough one! I feel much better after getting my workout in. Then I looked down and realized it was nearly 2pm and I hadn't eaten anything yet today (that never would have happened pre-sleeve).
What's on your menu today?

S - yogurt w/ blueberries -- trying to add a protein shake too b/c the ice machine broke at work arg!
D - not sure. going to a movie. if things go well, I might grab something afterwards, otherwise salmon & brussel sprouts at home

Been really lax about tracking my food since I stay between 500-800 calories a day, but I started tracking again with MFP today. Here goes...
B - Premier Protein chocolate shake
L - 1/2 cup tuna salad
S - Baby Bell Light
D - turkey meatballs w/ Parmasean tomato sauce, peas
S - yogurt or another shake
Breakfast - Beef stroganoff -(I know. I'm stange! hehehe)
Lunch - left over cobb salad with grilled chicken
Lunch2 - finished that BBQ pulled pork - yum...
Dinner - hamburger with cheddar cheese and broccoli slaw.

This was a weird day for me. Around 2pm I realized I couldn't keep my eyes open and took a 2.5 hour nap. I'm not a napper. :/ I'm worried that this might be a side effect of my copper toxicity. I can't wait to see my doc on Friday and start the process of tracking this down.
