bionic woman appointment set
When this weight loss journey began, i only planned on having one surgery this year. Breast Cancer threw a monkey wrench into those plans. VSG was March 7th, I had my bilateral mastectomy surgery on June 20th, and now my reconstruction surgery is scheduled for December 10th. I'm going with the flap reconstruction, so they'll move my lower stomach fat/tissue up to where my boobs used to be, and i get a tummy tuck that is covered under my insurance. That surgery wouldn't have been possible without the WLS. Everything hapens for a reason. Hopefully I'll make goal before the surgery.
Thanks for letting me share. Have a great day!

This has been a big year for you. At least you're ending the year on a very positive note.
Awesome that the insurance will cover the tummy tuck and reconstruction. It was a sucky way to get it done, but the results are what matter. Congratulations!

That is a pretty good turnaround there. It is a great way to look at a difficult process- have the TT thrown in. My PS said I didn't have enough to even muster up an A cup, so no dice there. My exchange is Dec 12th- so we are pretty darn close. I hope you are healing well and chugging along Ok. Sending good karma your way-
