Good morning everyone!!!  Well guess who does NOT have to workout after work because she got up at 5am and completed 3.84 miles...YES ME ME ME 

B:  Protein Shake
S:  Tuna; Bell Pepper; Flatout Wrap
L:  Chili w/ Beans
S:  Cottage Cheese; Apple Slices
D:  Popeyes; Jalapenos

Water:  8/12
Vitamins:  Check
Exercise:  3.84 miles

D: 2 oz Steak, Salad, Balsamic vinegarette dressing

S: None - I will be full after having steak!

Water- 6/12.5 (8oz)

Exercise - Stationary bike 30 min

D - might be going out for thai, otherwise beef fajita meat & brussel sprouts

E - muscle stability class & 10 minutes elliptical (couldn't run today)

Breakfast - chipotle beef & romaine salad

Lunch - rosemary balsamic chicken & chopped veggie salad

afternoon snacks: roasted seaweed, ham slices

Dinner - scrambled eggs w/ curried avocado; sriracha kale

after dinner/post workout snacks - cinnamon almonds, Syntrax Nectar chocolate truffle shake made w/ coconut milk

water - on track

vitamins - same

exercise - 20 minutes of Pilates this morning, will do about 45 minutes of weights this evening after work
