1 - Coffee with coconut oil

2 - smoked tuna steak

3 - chicken and black bean pasta

Drank my coffee while taking my son to school.  Came home and got started paining my living room and missed eating breakfast so looks like I might be light on protein today.  One day won't kill me but I need to take more care.  I do love that I can get absorbed in something and miss a meal.  That never used to happen.  I used to plan activity around eating.

L: Turkey burger melody with onions, multi colored bell peppers, and broccoli

D: Turkey sausage with squash, onions, okra, and homemade canned tomatoes from my mom's garden

Exercise: Zumba on lunch break and kickboxing tonight

Breakfast -  spicy chicken in peanut sauce - finished it!

Lunch1 - left over pork chop from Saturday lunch

Lunch2 - meatballs with grated cheese

dinner - BBQ pulled pork and mixed veggies

vitamins - on track

water - ok

exercise - went to gym, elliptical, and recumbent bike later
