These games are fun but this menu is not. I can poke holes in everything listed.
Your best bets, if you're trying to staying nearly perfect (your call), are probably the grilled chicken salad or a hamburger without the bun or fries (or ketchup, etc.).
The Salmon would work except it's "BBQ" which translates to "sugar". The chicken kabobs fall into the same problem, it's got some kind of marinade or whatever.
For best results you have to purge sugar from your life. However, if you're at a point where some relaxation works for you, the Salmon or Kabobs probably work.
