Good Morning and happy hump day! Uh-oh, I got Wordle on the last try and I failed on the yellow section of Connections. Not the best start to the day. I have high hopes for today, though. I'm heading into the office and I have a long list of things I want to get through.

QOTD: Would you rather be 12 inches tall or 12 feet tall? I'm curious as to what it would be like to be a giant, but I think I would be just fine navigating the world at the size of a Barbie Doll. I'd pay my cats to be my body guards and I'd ride them to get around. Sounds fun ;)

Accountability: I did great all day and the GERD was back under control, but then I ruined everything by having 2 of my cookies right before bed. I had terrible RH and felt like my heart was beating out of my chest for two hours after I went to bed. Why am I like this?

Mornin y'all.

I'm feeling better today but have a really sore throat. My stomach is clearing up. I did go back to the dentist yesterday and there isn't an infection! Yay! They classified my extractions as aggressive and she thought that's why I'm having a hard time. I'm not supposed to wear the denture for another week to let it heal. So if I get out it's face mask time. My lips are swollen and sore, they just seem to not be healing up like I'd hope.

we'll likely go to Wally World today. We really need groceries. I miss solid proteins or should I say I miss chewing lol.

QOTD: I'd have to go with 12 inches. At least there would be clothing options!

meals are mushy stuff. Oatmeal for breakfast. I lost about 12 pounds in three days so that's one positive about being sick,

So glad to hear there is no infection! And yay for the weight loss even if it's not the way you wanted it. At least there is a silver lining for all your suffering.

It's great news that there's no infection. I hope things continue to improve.

lol, that meme is hilarious!

qotd - ant man size please. Would be fun for a bit!

half a day left on this conference and then I can catchup on everything from this week. That will be good at least.

food options yesterday were atrocious. Only carbs and fruit for breakfast (I had yogurt and cheese at least) and I did end up with a mid morning muffin top that wasn't even tasty. Lunch was box lunch where all the sandwiches had mayo on them so I picked a couple of slices of turkey and cheese that were not contaminated and had those. Did go with a chomps for midafternoon snack though so that was a better choice than the morning! Dinner was catered mush and I just skipped it all. At least today I know what to expect and I have control over my dinner choice.

have a wonderful Wednesday everyone!

Whoever planned that conference did not plan the food wisely. I'm sorry it was a food hell.

I've done those mayo only lunches deconstructions. Hope you get something better today.

Horrible food at conferences is so sad. A stupid conference with stupid food is a nightmare!

If I ever have I nightmare, it will involve picking out food that doesn't have mayo or some other crap on it. I'm shivering just thinking about it.
