change picture

Hi, Does anyone know how to change the picture on my profile? I still have the pre-surgery picture and I want to change it to a current, post picture, it is much better. Thanks

However, if you need additional help posting your photos, the volunteer photo team is available to assist you - email your photos [email protected] and include your membership username and email the account is registered to and put AVATAR HELP in the subject line. Claudine YOU LOOK FRIGGIN AWESOME!!!!!! I just can't believe how wonderful you look and I can only imagine how great you feel. I am doing okay. I have to see Erika next week. Seems I put on 4 lbs and I don't want it to escalate to 14 and then 40. I have some calcium issues due to my thyroid surgery so I am hoping that is all it is. Keep up the good work.
