having photo troubles

I'm having a heck of time getting my photo up on the page where all of you have yours! I just can't seem to figure it out, anybody good at giving step-by-step directions, I'm pretty ditzy with this techno stuff. I've got some up and under my profile, but I just cna't figure out how to put one on the front. Thanks, Hope

Thanks for your help!!!!! I had some trouble getting the one I wanted (too many bytes????) once I figure out how to make it smaller (?????) I hopefully will get the one I really want on there. I just pulled this off my website for now so everyone will get a look at my mugshot. Thanks again, Hope
