Tomorrow is the day - I have to be at the hospital at 5:30am in the morning and I'm really excited yet very calm - does this make sense?

Congrats Des! My day is tomorrow as well. I have a 4yr old and you can imagine how I'm feeling. I have so many feelings going on right now....But I'm excited and look forward to my day. As I said before, this is my B-Day gift to myself. My b-day is a couple of weeks away and this is the best gift I can give myself.
Please let us know how it goes, okay?

Hi Laura,
I looked at your post because my surgery is scheduled for the same day, so it caught my eye. Then I saw that you're also using Dr. Garth Davis. What a funny coincidence! I guess he'll be doing one of us right after the other. I have to be there at 10am, when do you have to be there? By the way, I'm also having a RNY. I too am nervous. This is such a big thing to do. As far as work, I've heard so many different estimates, but I've heard several times that two weeks is the bare minimum.

Potassium
Potassium is an essential dietary mineral and electrolyte. The term electrolyte refers to a substance that dissociates into ions (charged particles) in solution, making it capable of conducting electricity. Normal body function depends on tight regulation of potassium concentrations both inside and outside of cells (1)."
I take a diuretic and I can have my potassium pill pre and post op with an issue.
