I CAN'T BELIEVE IT -ITS BEEN GREAT SO FAR

NEXT WEEK IT WILL BE 3 MONTHS- SO FAR I'VE LOST CLOSE TO FORTY POUNDS. i'VE HAD NO PROBLEMS. I LOOK , GREAT IF I SAY SO MYSELF THE BEST THING I COULD'VE DONE FOR MYSELF. THERE ARE SO MANY THINGS I WANT TO DO AND THE FUTURE LOOKS BRIGHT.

Karen, GREAT JOB!! You're so right; It is the best thing we could have done. It's just a start but our lives look so much more exciting in the future. Isn't it wonderful to think of the new you! No matter how much we have to lose it is a new life for us now! We are going to feel, look and be healthier. Keep up the good work! LOL
