Hi Karen~ I know how nervous you get right before surgery. Anytime a negative or nervous thought came to me, I would close my eyes, picture a door, and slam it closed on whatever the thought was. You need to not think about it again. It really works, try it. I wish you the best in your surgery, recovery, and weight loss. GOOD LUCK ~ Sandy
