Protein Pudding Pops Recipe

Makes 6 servings

Directions

  1. Add the Premier Protein® Cookie Dough Flavored Protein Shake, Greek yogurt, and instant pudding mix into a blender.
  2. Blend on high until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and place in the freezer for at least six hours or until frozen.
  4. When frozen, carefully remove the protein pudding pop from the mold and enjoy! 

Optional Chocolate Hard Shell: Add 1/2 cup of sugar-free chocolate chips and two tablespoons of solid refined coconut oil to a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds, then stir; add additional time if needed. Once fully melted and smooth, drizzle the chocolate over the pops or dip the frozen pudding pop into the mix to coat it for a hard chocolate shell before eating.

Almond Coconut Delight Plant-Based Protein Shake Recipe

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients (Chocolate Plant Protein Powder, Unsweetened Almond Milk, Coconut Extract, Almond Extract, and ice) into a blender.
  2. Blend on medium speed until ingredients are combined and smooth.
  3. Pour the shake into your glass. If desired, garnish with toppings such as slivered almonds, sugar-free chocolate syrup, and unsweetened shredded coconut.

  • 3 ounces of Non-Fat Greek Yogurt (Plain)
  • 8 grams (1/4 package) of Sugar-Free Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • 1/4 tsp of Mint Extract (more if you like your shake minty)
  • 4 drops of Green Food Coloring
  • 10 Ice Cubes

    and does not impact taste or texture.
  • Sweetener: We added no additional sweetener,
    you can adjust to your taste and preferences.
  • Toppings: You can add toppings, such as sprinkles,
