Dr. Chen, an Albuquerque plastic surgeon, opened his practice in 1996 with a mission to provide the very best care and personal attention to his patients, from the first phone call to our office to the last follow-up appointment. Dr. Chen was trained at Harvard Medical School and completed his training in general surgery, hand surgery and plastic surgery at Massachusetts General Hospitaland UCLA Medical Center. He is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and is a member of American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS).
