She was very pleasant and professional. I understood what she was saying and if I did'nt she woould explain. I would recommend her to anyone needing nutritional assistance.

Shelia was able to tell me honestly what to do now before surgery to make it easier with my diabetes. Also her recommendations came with much care and respect for me and my medical issues. She suggested working out 3x a week somewhere like "Curves".
