Eventbrite charges a Ticketing Fee for every paid ticket. The Ticketing Fee consists of a Service fee and a Payment processing fee. These fees are non-refundable.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. With this in mind, we have outlined our policies to be flexible while being mindful of our conference planning requirements. ObesityHelp National Conference 2025 Tickets Refund Policy

Discretionary Refunds: In the case of a refund request for personal reasons, please submit refund requests by Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at least 45 days before the event. Emergency situations beyond this deadline will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Mandatory Refunds: In the rare case that we have to cancel or postpone the event, a full refund of the purchase price is available upon request, in compliance with California state law. Requests will be processed within 30 days of submission.

Rollover Your Ticket: We strongly encourage ticket rollovers. This allows you to automatically transfer your registration information to our next conference, securing your spot without additional steps.

Ticket Transfers: You may sell your ticket directly to another person. All payment transactions are solely between the buyer and the seller. ObesityHelp is not involved in or responsible for any disputes related to ticket resales. To complete the transfer, please provide the buyer’s name and email so we can update the registration.

Please Note:

• The Eventbrite fee is non-refundable.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to two weeks for processing.
• If a refund cannot be processed back to the original payment method (e.g., due to an expired or canceled card), a refund will be issued by check. This process may take up to 60 days.
