There are Bariatric Support Group Meetings held every third Thursday at 6:30 pm at the Winchester Medical Center in Winchester. This is about a 30 minute drive from Front Royal. You can also be put in touch with "Angels" who can talk to you on a more personal level. Just contact the hospital (540) 536-8000 for more information.
