This is in regards to the tea (Smooth Moves)

I was able to buy it at Krogers in the "health food" department of the store. However, check with your Surgeon first, I know mine does not recommend it...said that even though it is considered "natural" it still contains stimulants and he told me to use "MOM" Milk of Magnessia (YUCK!!!!!!!)
