Question:
Can anyone explain what choleted vitamins are?

I have recently purchased some choleted vitamins and wondered if anyone has any knowledge of these, and how they absorbe for rny patients? any information anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.    — twenc (posted on November 15, 2002)

This may help you get some answers...I think the word is <b>chelated</b>, not cholated.

I could be wrong here, but usually MINERALS are chelated, not vitamins. Chelation is a process of binding certain minerals to amino acids for better absorption. It's good.
