Why suffer with no flavor spice up fish or chicken the low fat way...

SEAFOOD DRESSING <p> 1 cup low-fat sugar free yogurt 1 cup reduced-calorie mayonaise 1/2 cup spicy chili sauce 2 TBS fresh lemon juice 1 TBS minced onion 1 TBS prepared horseradish Pinch tarragon Salt and Pepper to taste (optional) <p> Combine all ingredients in bowl; mix well. Store in fridge. Makes 2 3/4 cups... Per TBS: Calories: 22 Fiber: 0 Fat: 2 Carbs: 2 Protein: 0 Cholesterol: 2 Sodium: 86 <p> VERY LOW-FAT RANCH DRESSING <p> 2/3 cup low-fat cottage cheese 1/8 tsp. garlic and / or onion powder 1 to 2 tsp white wine vinegar or tarragon vinegar 2T non-fat milk 1T chives, chopped <p> Puree all ingredients in blender. Refrigerate in tightly sealed container. Makes about 1 c. Serving size 1 tbsp.
