Thanks Lisa! I went to the site and there ARE alot of recipes. I have a question though. Are we supposed to cut down on carbs or sugars mainly? Or is it one in the same because there's sugars in carbs? I'm feeling like a total idiot. :)

In response to Kim's question below: sugar IS a carb. Everything we eat can be broken down into Protein, Carbs or Fat (and Vitamins/Minerals). All sugars are classified as carbs, it would be best to try to cut back on both.
