Pam,I am about 9 weeks out and I think I know what you are talking about. It is hard for me to think about eating anything I can have. I am down to only being able to eat a little chicken, and I have to make myself eat that. I am also very tired..I drink the "Kool Aid type protein drinks" to get most of my protein in. I have heard that things you used to like you may not anymore..but I just hope this passes!!

I am 6 months post op and I still have days when I am nauseated. My surgeon tells me that we need to make sure to eat something right before we go to bed and first thing in the morning. He says that if our pouch is empty it will increase our nausea. To be honest, this doesn't work for me, I just try to eat a couple of bits of something light like yogurt and wait a bit. GL to you.
