Question:
Does anyone know of a doctor in the panhandle of FL that does psy evals for WLS

My insurance company needs documentation that I have had one and my wls doctor is 260 miles away. Would like to have this done locally if possible, if not will drive to Gainesville because I want to use a doctor that is used to doing psy eval for weight loss.    — Darlene A. Hi Darlene, I live in pensacola and had my eval done by Dr. Vince Dillon. He is a really good doctor. His in the yellow pages under "psychological associates" here is his ph. number (850) 434-5033. Hope this helps.
