I like Dannon's Lite and Fit Creamy... I cannot remember what the sugar grams are, but I know they are low. I also like the fact the 6 oz cups come with real lids (not the aluminum foil) so you can just take out the amount for your post op food stage and save the rest!
Good Luck! ~~Wendy D, RNY 4/23/03, -93 lbs~~

Rochelle, I don't know if it's the BEST... but I like Dannon Light 'n Fit CREAMY. The CREAMY version (in the purple container) has more protein than the regular Light 'n Fit and I like the taste better. I don't have any problems with the natural sugar (lactose) content of this one either. Also I use the Ready To Drink Atkins Shakes when I'm in a hurry or on the go. I love the taste when they are really cold. I keep a couple at work too.

Hi, Rochelle When I eat yogurt, I get the sugar free blue bunny kind that is made with splenda, they have awhole bunch in all diff. kinds of flavors and it is really good! So you might want to try that!

I also like the Light n fit. I think it has about 13-14 grams of sugar, but I never had any problems with it. about protien shakes.... I am still looking too, so good luck!

Yoplait Light. It has around 14g of sugar, but it's mostly fruit sugar - my nutritionist says few people would have trouble with it.
