I have Cigna HMO in Houston, Tx - need help with tummy tuck

I had my surgery with Aetna HMO in 2001 and now my company is with Cigna HMO and I am having problems getting approval for the tummy tuck that Aetna would have paid for as a followup. Hi. for help with Cigna questions, look up a OH member named Joy Cain. She has a link to an online CIGNA support group! There is a lot of "TT talk"" discussed there. Hope this helps!
