Question:
Can anyone clarify

I had posted earlier more regarding my specific issues related to VBG revised to RNY and now having learned I have a bowel distention with significant weight gain. Got now answer to that question but thought someone might respond regarding what my surgeon is suggesting "RNY revision with jejeum interposition-distal". Can anyone relate to what this means? Will I then simply be considered as having had a distal RNY and need to watch protein and vitamins/minerals as distals do? I really need some guidance! Thanks to all!    — Joanne M.
