Question:
Has anyone gone to Dr. Kenneth Jones in Shreveport, LA?

I didn't have him, but if you live in Louisiana I highly recommend Dr. Lavin from Covington. He did my Lap RNY and is fabulous. I know it's far from Shreveport, but he is well worth the drive.

Hi Sarah, Thanks for your reply. I actually live in Houma, so Dr Lavin would be closer. However my insurance(BC/BS of La) is not covering it, after a much educated fight. So I am self paying, and Dr. Lavin's cash price is WAY to high. Dr. Jones's cash price with the hospital is 14,850.00. I have read alot of good things about him, its just he is in Shreveport. But I am going, I just can get in to see him until January 2003, he is booked until then. Thanks again for your reply! Leslie
