Question:
I get real bad Canker Sores when I get run down.

I use to get a lot of canker sores. I am about 7 months post-op have not had even one since surgery. Only thing I can figure is all the water helps. And I haven't had alot of acidic foods.

I used to get them a lot too. I hadn't thought about it, but I haven't had one in at least 7 months... or since my WLS.
