Prenatal or GNC Mega Men?

Hi Maxim (great name) - from what I've read and heard, we do not absorb timed release vitamins so you'll be wasting your money. The only multivitamin formula GNC makes that is not timed release is Solotron, a good multi that compares to Centrum but is a bit higher in the B vitamins. - Anna LAP RNY 7/3/02 -123lbs.
